The Advantage of Using Smart Contact Forms on Your Website
A smart contact form permits your site visitors to complete a simple online form in order to request your assistance. A smart contact form is invaluable for visitors who do not currently have direct access to email, and for situations where you may need to send the resulting request to different people within your organization, depending upon its subject matter.
When someone completes the smart contact form, your website can either forward the resulting email notification to you (or the appropriate member of your staff), add the contents of that request to a database, or both. I usually recommend both, since doing so permits you to more easily keep track of the various requests you’ve received, and verify that each has been successfully concluded.
